I would rate my experience with Innovation Property Management as excellent! 5 STARS!!!! We have purchased many investment properties through Innovation. Not only do they find you good investments to purchase, they do an excellent job in keeping them occupied with tenants. This value add, gives us stress free absentee ownership we were looking for.

I have many rental properties under management of Innovation for the last six years and their services have been exceptional. Whenever I have a vacancy they get the property ready for rental and find a new tenant in a short amount of time. The rental payments are direct deposited into my account in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend Innovation to either the homeowner who wants to rent their home or the serious investor with many properties to rent.
