For over 52 years, Innovation Property Management has served residential, commercial and retail property owners and tenants throughout Florida, including Polk, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, Palm Beach, Lake, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia and Lee Counties.

Since our founding in 1972, we’ve grown and now represent home buyers, developers, builders, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) and investors — both locally and worldwide.

It is a great honor to be able represent owners and tenants throughout the world. Even more so, we are thrilled to be able to assist many of them in their own language. Currently, members of our staff are fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, Bulgarian, Russian, and Hebrew.
